Privacy Policy
This website is a simple information page. This notice explains the little it collects, how Entera Medical uses it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only; information you share as a patient is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided when care begins.

Information we collect
- Email you send us. This website has no forms or accounts. If you email us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, and it is stored in our practice email system. Please do not include medical records, symptoms, medications or other health information — ordinary email is not a secure channel for health information, and we cannot provide medical advice by email.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard server-log information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of your visit, which is used to operate and secure the site.
- No cookies or tracking. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies on this website. If that changes, we will update this notice.
How we use information

- If you ask us to, to let you know when booking opens or the practice has an update.
- To operate, secure and improve this website, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who may process your information
Service providers that help us run this website and respond to you may process limited information on our behalf, and may use it only to perform services for us:
- Web hosting. The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs.
- Email. Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Entera Medical, our patients or others.
Email communications
If you email us, we will usually reply by email to the address you wrote from. Ordinary email is not encrypted end to end, so please keep health details out of it; once you are a patient, clinical questions belong in the secure patient portal.
Health information
This website is for general information and general inquiries. It is not a patient portal, and an email to us is not part of a medical record. Sending a message does not create a physician–patient relationship. Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, and clinical communication takes place through the secure patient portal.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless a longer period is required by law.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and access limited to the physician and staff who need it. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send health information by email.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have emailed us by writing to entera@enteramed.com; we will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time, generally within 45 days. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for targeted advertising, and do not use it for profiling or automated decisions. Residents of California, Nevada, Delaware and other states with online-privacy laws may use the same email address to exercise any rights those laws provide.
Do Not Track. This website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because it does not track visitors across websites or over time, and no third parties collect personal information about your activity on this site.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other sites
This website links to Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website develops. When we make a material change we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date; the date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always posted here.
